The People's Building at 18 Broad Street was Charleston's first "skyscraper," constructed in 1910. State & Broad Executive Office Suites occupies floors 1, 2, 3, and 4 of the People’s Building and features 15,000 sf of executive board and meeting rooms and private, lockable executive offices.
1st Floor
Offers a 1,500 sf training, multipurpose, and board room use.
2nd Floor
Offers 13 private, lockable executive office suites.
3rd Floor
Offers 7 private, lockable executive office suites, a welcome reception and conference room and 2,000 sf of CoWork/small team space.
4th Floor
Offers two executive board rooms that feature stunning views of Charleston harbor and downtown Charleston’s historic skyline.

Be our guest and cowork for the day! State & Broad Day Pass holders enjoy access to non-dedicated space on three floors during business hours (8am-5pm) as well as access to our coffee and espresso bar. Day Pass holders may reserve meeting rooms and event space at non-member rates.

We are now accepting applications from entrepreneurs and professionals who believe they might be a great fit for this exclusive opportunity. Offices are newly renovated inside the 2nd floor and range in size from 150-350 sf accommodating 1-3 people per office. Most of our Executive Office Suites are fully leased. We do have 1 or 2 that become available from time to time. Our CoWork space on the 3rd floor can be configured based upon team size. Although many office buildings are begging for any new tenant, we only accept high-quality, great to be around professionals who’d like to call The People’s Building their business home or second office. We are curating a great mix of professionals who can create interesting, unique and valuable connections amongst each other.
